COVID-19

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have followed the recommendations of the Kentucky Board of Veterinary Examiners on utilizing curbside service for our patients and clients. Currently, we are keeping all clients out of the building for the safety of both you and our staff during this time. For appointments and various patient drop-off’s, we will have a staff member meet you at our front entrance where we can take your pet inside the building for whatever it is being seen for. We are also doing the intake and check-out process over the phone as well, unless you are paying for services with cash or check in which a staff member can meet you at the front door to receive your payment.

Our one exception to curbside service is for euthanasia, in which only one person can come into an exam room with their pet to say their final goodbyes. However, this individual will be temperature checked and asked COVID-19 screening questions prior to entering the building. A mask will also be required to be worn the entire time you are in our building.

We know that these are challenging times, and we truly appreciate your cooperation in keeping everyone safe and healthy!
