Ease your concerns about leaving your pet behind while you’re away: Let our qualified staff take care of him or her. We will provide your dog or cat with a safe, comfortable, “home away from home” atmosphere. We are happy to accommodate any special care or needs your pet might have. Just let us know when you make the reservation.
We will provide amenities such as food, water, treats, bedding, toys and other personal items. Feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer. We will administer any needed medication and follow your specified feeding regimen. We can also provide grooming services before you pick up your pet.
Veterinary technicians and assistants regularly check on the pets, and our kennel staff monitor the boarding area. You have the added benefit of knowing that one of our clinicians will promptly begin treatment if your pet gets sick during his or her stay.
Although a majority of our grooming patients are groomed while awake, we have the ability to use chemical restraint (sedation) for your pet if needed for their safety. If this is a service you would like, please contact our office. We are also able to examine and provide vaccinations during their boarding and/or grooming visit if requested. We do require your pet be current on Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations to be boarded and/or groomed at our facility.
Linda and Lindsey are our professional groomers here at the Animal Hospital. Linda has over 37 years of professional experience in all breeds of dogs and cats. She is a member of the NDGAA (National Dog Groomers Association of America). Linda is an animal lover and has shown Afghan hounds and horses. Her daughter, Lindsey, has recently joined our team as well and learned from the best!
To keep all our patients as healthy as possible, we require Rabies and Bordetella vaccination which can be given on arrival, however it is preferred to be given 2 weeks in advance for optimal protection. Please call us for more information.
